Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 calendar days of purchase.
  • Products must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging to be eligible.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will replace it at no cost or issue a full refund.

Return Process

  • Contact us via email or WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your invoice number, proof of purchase and reason for return.
  • Once approved, return the product to us.
  • If the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect product), we will cover the return shipping cost. Otherwise, you will be responsible for the return shipping.
